  • Filfil Siyah (Piper nigrum fruit) 
  • Nankhuah (Carum copticum seed) 
  • Post Beikh Karafs (Apium graveolence root bark) 
  • Qaranfal (Caryophyllus aromatica bud) 
  • Tukhme Gazar (Daucus carota seed) 
  • Tukhme Karafs (Apium graveolence seed) 
  • Tukhme Kharpaza (Cucumis melo seed) 
  • Tukhm Khayaren (Cucumis sativa and Cucumis melo seed) 
  • Aqarqarha (Anacyclus pyrethrum root) 
  • Bisbasa (Myristica fragrans fruit coat) 
  • Dar Chini (Cinnamomum zeylanicum bark)

Dosage of Jawarish Zaruni

7-10 gm twice daily after meals or as advised by the Unani physician
